If you have an information technology background, then we have the job
for you! With our Technical Support Services
Group (TSS) you could travel across the world maintaining
and troubleshooting hotel networks and software for properties;
perform system installations; develop animated presentations with our
E-Learning Team; or direct reservation system projects. Our Hotel Information
Technology Team (HIT) supports the local networks and desktops for various
locations throughout our Company.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- College level courses in MIS, microcomputers
and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency
with the usage and configuration of the Windows family of operating
systems
- Excellent problem
solving and strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and
in writing
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service
