Reservation Agents respond to inbound customer inquiries providing exceptional customer service for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts®, Super 8®, Days Inn®, Ramada®, Wingate Inn®, Travelodge®, Howard Johnson®, Baymont Inn & Suites®, Knights Inn® and AmeriHost Inn®.

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A High School Diploma and/or GED and post-secondary education in the Hospitality and/or Travel industry is considered an asset
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Solid customer service/sales background with the ability to up-sell and add value to the customer experience
• Superior verbal communication skills
• French and/or Spanish is considered an asset
