Vacation Guides are responsible for fulfilling RCI members vacation dreams by helping book their vacation throughout the world while promoting and selling our products and services. Vacation Guides proactively contact and receive incoming calls from RCI members and are empowered with the challenge to achieve production and corporate revenue goals.

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • High School Diploma and/or GED with a preference for post-secondary education in the Hospitality and/or Travel Industry
  • Minimum of six months of direct sales experience in achieving quotas
  • Keen interest in working within a performance-based and results-orientated environment
  • Ability to negotiate, solve problems and make decisions
  • Superior verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer and keyboarding skills
