Customer Service Representatives respond to TripRewards members regarding hotel reservations, gift card redemptions, program questions, missing points, website help and program enrollment.

If you enjoy shopping and assisting others, then this could be the position for you. By becoming part of the TripRewards Team, you have the opportunity to assist members in redeeming rewards from a selection of restaurants, clothing stores, travel and entertainment coupons within the U.S and Canada. The team also helps members plan their next vacation getaway!

After joining the TripRewards Team there are numerous exciting opportunities that exist. Perhaps written communication is more your style, the TripRewards e-mail team responds to members inquiries around the globe. Or, if problem solving is more your speed, the missing stay department researches missing points to ensure member satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • A High School Diploma and/or GED and post-secondary education in the Hospitality and/or Travel industry is considered an asset
  • Minimum two years of solid customer service experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to take the initiative
  • Strong computer and keyboarding skills
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • French and/or Spanish is considered an asset
